Install Hanker on Android
Download and install the Hanker APK directly on your Android device — no Play Store required.

Allow installs from unknown sources
Go to Settings → Apps (or Security) → Install unknown apps, then allow your browser or file manager to install apps from unknown sources.

Open the downloaded APK
Open your notifications or file manager, tap the downloaded hanker.apk file, and tap "Install" when prompted.
Launch Hanker
Once installed, tap "Open" or find the Hanker icon on your home screen or app drawer to get started.
iPhone & iPad
Install Hanker on iOS
Hanker is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for iPhone and iPad. You get a native-feeling app experience — no App Store required.
Open Safari
On your iPhone or iPad, open the Hanker web app in Safari. The install option only appears in Safari — other browsers (Chrome, Firefox) do not support it on iOS.
💡 Make sure you are using Safari, not another browser.
Tap the Share button
Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen — it looks like a box with an arrow pointing upward.
💡 On iPad the Share button is at the top of the screen.
Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down in the share sheet and tap "Add to Home Screen". You can customise the name if you'd like, then tap "Add" in the top-right corner.
Open from your Home Screen
Hanker will now appear on your home screen just like a native app. Tap the icon to launch it — it opens full-screen with no browser chrome.
