By downloading, installing, or using the Hanker application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hanker. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

All content, trademarks, and data on the App, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of Hanker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from its use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
